I used this website, it helped get me from like 35 to 60 in a few weeks. https://www.navy-prt.com/navy-prt-training-plans/pushup-training-plan/I’ve been doing HIIT workouts for years now, but my endurance always drops when I’m not doing them, so I started last week to get back into it, hopefully it’s enough time haha. But to supplement that I’m also going to start running to improve my time. Pushups and curlups I’d like to improve more but I can’t seem to find a method that works. If anyone has helpful tips that’d be much appreciated. I used to be able to do 60 pushups easily but now I struggle with 50
