I haven't been told anything yet. I checked my BUPERS-BOL and it said Status -Y? Does this mean I was selected? I haven't been told anything yet. I just spoke with my CCC he said it should be released through message traffic the results....

Checked at the boat. I clicked the first link on BOL which I believe is Board/Advancement. I was recently selected as a Second Class when I open that link. So it says: selected to 2nd Prospective rate or whatever. The above section says: status board 11600 which is NOV 2024 SWO and it simply says status: Y? nothing pro-rec y. I wonder if there is a number I can call for confirmation. regardless.... congratulations to all the newly selected. hopefully.... I am selected too.

The way the OCS results look in BOL is not the best, it sounds like you were selected based on the numbers of those selected, but I am always cautious with AD.

OCS results don't come out on message traffic like other advancement results, NC's rarely know anything about how the OCS program works and often cause more confusion than help.

Does anyone have information about foreign degree. I have a foreign degree from an accredited university in Romania that has already been translated and verified by WES. Is this enough for my packet or do I need to do something else?

Assuming you are a civilian applicant working with a recruiter, this is a great question to ask them.

If that’s the case defer to the fleet OCS checklist and the 1420.1B. Once it’s submitted the fleet OCS processor can probably validate the transcript.
