Yes, The NRC informed me that I would have to submit a reconsideration package. I would have to write a letter to the board and tell them why I should be reconsidered then provide any new achievements since the last package.
 
Beware-- the new program authorization states that an applicant cannot have more than 6 years of active duty.
 
I will send you the new program authorization that was forwarded to me by the Deputy OCM tomorrow. The change was implemented November 2017.

It often takes several weeks to get distributed, the unfortunate thing is sometimes they implement them right away so those who are outside the new PA are SOL, but sometimes they look at submission date.

It is odd for them to do another PA a year after another, but it does happen.

Edit: If you have it post it here so those who it affects can adjust their life plans.
 
talked to my recruiter said my package needed an age waiver ....he told me it wasn't a yes or no but the processor sent it two days ago not sure what this means waiting to hear back has anyone heard or experienced this situation before..I am also prior enlisted.

Have you not received the results from your recruiter yet? Imagine they've far and out through the fleet already.
 
I have not gotten my results from my recruiter. I called them a few days ago and they said: "Sorry we have not heard back yet from recruiting command".

If you haven't heard yet odds are it didn't go to board or it was a "N", NRC used to want a confirmation within 30 days after results were out that those who were "Y" would indeed accept the offer.

Since I only have 3 chances to take it in my career I am waiting until my reconsideration packaged goes through the next board. If it is a N I will have time to study and retake it. The requirement for supply however is lower than the score I received. If I take it and do worst then I am screwed for a while.
