How long until you turn 29?
I turn 31 in January. Prior service can apply up to 31 with a month-by-month waiver.
Edit: To add, I will likely be sent to the 17 Sep 17 class.

Ahh OK I get it. Congrats to you BTW.
I'm not prior and I turn 29 June of next year. I guess based on my experience so far, I'm just paranoid something will go wrong and I won't get a class date soon enough to commission in time. My recruiter told me probably October so if that's true, I suppose you'll get to yell at me for a couple weeks when I show up haha.

You have more time than I do so you should be fine. I was under the impression that as long as the board recommends you prior to the 29/31 cut-off, it didn't matter when you got commissioned (within reason). I guess that isn't the case and I suppose it makes sense. With that being said, I was anticipating most of us going to OCS in or around November, which wold give you seven months to graduate.

I just got word I wasn't Professionally Recommended for OCS again. I will be enlisting as an MC then trying again later as a PAO

Sounds like a good plan man. I just got picked up, but I didn't even know I would ever join the military when I was your age. Hope it puts things in perspective. You've got more than enough time to be an officer if you want to.

Unless he's prepping himself for giving my bad news for the second time.
I think the results are delayed 1-2 days for a lot of the applicants. I happened to find out the same day because my OR knows someone at the command.

I'm going through the same thing. My boards results came out last week, but my recruiter still doesn't know. Don't stress.
