I'm literally sitting here, eating dinner, with a YouTube video of someone reciting the code of conduct on repeat.

Code of Conduct was surprisingly harder for me to learn than the orders of the sentry. My friends hate me because I'll be playing Xbox with them and listening to the Navy Hymn. It's a good time.

So the averages were 55 OAR, and low to mid 6's I'm pretty sure (only got a quick look). My scores and GPA landed me a 93 pilot score and a 97 NFO score for the auto select process. It's scaled out of 100 and there are 3 tiers. 50 and below which is an automatic no/extremely unlikely. 50-75 which was labeled as something along the lines of "depending on applicants". And 75-100 which was extremely likely. I'm not sure where the auto select cut off is though. I only got to look at the NFO auto select section. There were only about 10 of us on there. Other than that I didn' r get to see much.

What is this pilot score you guys are talking about? Does it come out with your ASTB now?

Or you're talking about the calculator score for auto quals. That's an entirely different can of worms.

It's an internal calculator used by recruiters and the board to determine how good your application is for pilot/NFO. Not released to applicants unless they ask for it.

And no one knows how it really works. As of right now it's just kind of magic.

Did your recruiter tell you 75 is the cutoff to get automatically selected? Or didn't specify?

It's probably up in the 90s honestly. 75 is the bare minimum for the top tier.

Okay cool that's what I thought. Just making sure you weren't told something different. Staying on top of all of the theories on here when so much seems to be changing with the selection process is a real double edged sword lol. No wonder my recruiter tells me to stay off of air warriors!
