I'm currently a SNFO waiting his last few weeks to class up for API and am seeking a new male or female condo-mate to share a luxurious condo on the 6th Floor at Eden Condominiums. The Condo has a rather large amount of amenities including a indoor pool and Jacuzzi, Outdoor Pool (with waterfall
) and a second Jacuzzi, Gym, Sauna, steam room, four tennis courts, two Gas Grills, boat dock, covered parking, on site spa and massage services, and it's own cafe. Eden is also about a mile and a half from the Floribama :icon_smil.

Condo itself is ocean side, all rooms fully furnished, with washer and dryer, balcony, flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet. $750/month includes ALL utilities i.e. water, electricity, internet and cable. Lease has a Military clause. Room will be available at the end of August.
