Hello everyone,

I received the great news of Pro Rec Y for NFO today, but I'm concerned because I turn 27 in November. Any insight as to what may happen in terms of Fin Sel and OCS?

I apologize if this is acknowledged in another forum and would appreciate any advice or redirection.

I haven't been through the process myself so this information could be totally wrong, but I believe I've read that if you're 26, you're marked as "age critical" and Officer Training Command bumps your FINSEL and class assignment to high priority (and tries to get you assigned to one of the soonest OCS classes).
