I'm aware of Peking duck, but I also remember a small chinese restaurant in LA that I used to go to for their Peking Chicken. It was great and heinously unhealthy. It was little fried breaded pieces of chicken in a dark red spicy sauce. Served with red chiles and white rice...mmm....:tongue2_1

Side not: Gin is disgusting. If I wanted to drink pine needle juice, I'd be sucking down pine-sol. It's cheaper...
