API wait after IFS

Still learning how much I don't know.

I showed up July 1st complete with IFS and I should be classing up around the end of March/early April. Of course I had ACL reconstruction, so that held me back for a long, long time. Both my roommates who showed up at the same time are flying in Primary. All three of us are SNFO's.

Showed up IFS incomplet on 27 July. Had IFS done right before Thanksgiving, started API on 10 Feb.

Ny roommate got here Jun 1, IFS complete and is a little more than halfway done primary.

Both of us are SNFOs.

Do any of you know if any of the SNFO's commissioned out of OCS as far back as the start of FY06 (October) have started API yet? Seems the SNA's from that OCS period are already well into Primary.
