I have been a swimmer for a very long time (age 7) and won some state titles, swam at University of Kentucky on scholarship, etc. Not trying to brag, just listing qualifications. ANYWAYS, I would be more than happy to help write you guys some swimming workouts! Sounds like you guys are generally in pretty good shape as it is, so you just have to work on being comfortable and efficient in the water. If anyone is interested, I'm happy to help! I'm a terrible runner myself, and I'm not even to the point where I'm timing my runs yet, so if anyone wants to return the favor and maybe help me get my run time where it needs to be, that would be fantastic! Also, I'm not up for this board, I just peruse a lot of threads on the site and stumbled across this conversation. If I'm out of line, put me in my place
