Got an email back from my recruiter, he says it might not be for another week or two for the results.

No one will know what they actually did at the board. They may of saw more applicable candidates from new applications for NFO.

I'm still on leave, but I called him yesterday and was told that the results were still being routed through CNRC and that Tuesday is now the estimated release date. I go back to work on Tuesday so I will be able to get better info then (If the results haven't been released yet).

Check with your OR. Mine just called five minutes ago to tell me I was chosen for INTEL as an alternate for FY2012 or a selectee for FY 2013. I don't know exactly how that works but I think it means that if I don't have the opportunity to go as an alternate in FY 2012, I'm a given for FY 2013. Good luck everyone and congrats to those selected. WOO HOO!

Just found out that I have been selected by the Air Force OTS Board for a Pilot spot with them! I am pretty excited about it and am glad I get to look forward to flight school rather than hope for it. At least I know I got in somewhere. If I get picked up for the Navy too my wife and I will have to figure out what is best for us and our future and take that option.

CONGRATS!! I couldn't even get an AF Officer recruiter to call me back... which was disheartening b/c my dad is a retired AF O-6. I probably made 20 phone calls to different recruiters and offices and never found anyone that wanted to work with me. I was always leaning Navy, for several reasons, but I was still interested in at least looking into the Air Force. Anyway, good news, and happy for you...
