That's probably most of it. Since the marines have no more double anchored aviators coming through it makes it look like the navy is running through. By the time I came down to Pensacola off OHARP most of the NFOs from my OCS class were already flying in primary. I just started flying myself and I think some of them are winged in the FRS.

In IFS/API they go priority on everything to meet CNATRA goals.
