For now, how about putting it in the Housing section, although I know that's not the best place. The other option is in the Helo section and we can make it a sticky. I was going to get w/ webmaster (via pm) this weekend to see about if I had the powers to make such a sub-forum (can't find the magic button myself), but for now, at least the stuff can be public. We can always move it later.
