Ok, update: I just got a no from my OR on the BDCP front. Maybe the OP's case was special given the whole no bachelors degree situation? Anyway, back to plan A.

I dunno how that worked out for me, luck I guess. The only things I can see that stick out are that my school doesn't really have a legit undergrad in EE and second, maybe they're just playing favorites with engineering - I heard they're doing that with ROTC scholarships, so I wouldn't be too surprised by it in bdcp.
