Best Apts in Pcola?

I'm heading to Pcola from DC in Feb. Can anyone recommend the best apts for rent (I will prob be living alone in a 1bdr) closest to NASP? I don't know the lay of the land yet, and want to find the closest places I can to NASP (I don't want to commute and don't want to live in the BOQ). Please email me directly: graelson@alumni.gwu.edu

There are a number of places you could call in around here. check out www.apartmentguide.com

it would also be more beneficial and financially advantageous if you got roommates. A-poolers post available rooms in the API bldg so u could check that out when u get down here. like you, i originally wanted a place to myself, but i found it more better to have roommates. youll have ppl to go out with and study with. but hey, if youre anti-social like some ppl around here, good luck in the navy.
 
I lived in Fairfield Lakes, pretty close to NASP, and it was great. The market down here is pretty tight right now, with all the Kartina evacuees getting housing and the crunch from Ivan before that. Fezz is right about roommates though, makes the time better.
 
check out austin wood apartments...they are right off the back gate of nasp. There may be waiting lists, so put your name on asap. If you are sna, it may be a commute to whiting though.
 
Do not live in Marcus Pointe. The apartments suck almost as bad as the management does.

He said he doesn't want to live in the BOQ, don't steer him toward the BEQ (if thats where they are still sending people).
 
im pretty sure someone figured out my password. cuz they were giving me some pretty gay looking avatars. but dont worry, i changed my password so no more stupid avatars. i apologize to those who had to witness that.
