I just couldn't find anything concrete about the dates and It's been tough trying to figure out a timeline for when I need to have all my tests taken, etc. so I can apply. Thanks again.

It's all about performance. If your OER (evaluations) are good and you are medically qualified, your chances to get picked up are good.
Like sardaddy said, odds are out of the academy you are going to a boat. Last percentage I saw was 75% go to boats. The others go to flight school or shore based units.
