I don't like having extra stuff in my pockets. Just thinking about something relatively small and easily accessible.

Fair enough. I'd recommend something small like, a pen knife or a leatherman, that fits in your sleeve pocket or in your flight gear.

The dude with the ultra-moto badass Rambo boot knives end up catching loads of well deserved harassment when they use their blade to open an MRE or can of snuff.

I knew a Huey guy that kept a 12" Rambo knife strapped to his chest over his flight gear. Looked like a total tool and had that pointed out to him regularly.

He "needed it to escape under water".

I don't plan on ninja'n nobody that don't need ninja'n. Just looking for something small and flat enough to go under a g suit. Maybe I'll make something.
