I also applied to the 13Apr2020 board, I spoke to my OR late last week and he said he hasn't seen the board results posted yet but was expecting it any day. Seeing how the three week mark was yesterday, I'm interested in seeing if any of you other applicants have heard back yet on results.

I heard back the day after the board met.

Just got a call from my OR today, I got my ProRecY as well for direct accession! Now it's just a waiting game in FINSEL purgatory.

Could take days, could take weeks or even months - all varying on a ton of factors. Your best bet would be to maintain comms with your recruiter to figure out when to expect it.
