Speaking of fire bombers, how about the Martin Mars?

A photo of the Martin-Mars water dropper from Canada. 7,400 gallons of water with each drop, if foam is added then it can cover 4 acres of ground with 4 inches of foam in one drop.

Good pic to illustrate the size of the Mars. Notice the guys standing on the wing.
