The two 1815s I know came in as O-2s. Both were prior enlisted, but I don't think either had Masters degrees.

We’re cut from similar cloth. Phd, MSc Engineering, cyber certs, prior service, working w military cyber already , etc. I’m 100% ok w just the 12 months credit.
