Im about to take my ASTB in Jan. and im worried about my childhood asthma and my allergies that i have. I only have allergies to dust and everytime i wake up i sneeze like 20x. Ive done that since i was a little kid and when it doesnt happen i think something is wrong. Do you think that would affect the outcome of being Pro'recd?

um...dont tell anybody. haha. how will they ever know about your allergies if you dont tell them? theyre not gonna test you for it. sometimes its ok to keep things to yourself.

haha ok thats what i was planning on doing...i didnt know how detailed of a background check they were gonna do. and the asthma is almost non existant any more i wrestled all 4 years in high school and never had a problem with it

now im not sure about the asthma thing...im not sure how serious that is-ask somebody else. but I have mild allergies and my oso basically told me not to be an idiot bf i went to meps.:icon_tong

If your asthma still exists there are ways for them to find out. If you had childhood asthma .... you never had asthma. hint. hint. wink. wink. Don't let something that hindered your physical performance yesterday kill your contract today. my 2c
