This is what San Diego is putting out for data. The numbers are all there, but adding the percentages and a breakout on hospitalization/deaths by age would give it some additional perspective like you suggested.

None of the meatpacking plants are on that plot, and yet we have shortages and rationing while farmers and ranchers are having to destroy their livestock.
