Last night sfrankie08, Groper, and I went looking for the Waffle House that Phrog lost when he was drinking with FC2Spy.

We THINK we found it... But we have NO idea how he lost it. The mysterious bill board that "hid" the Waffle House does not exist.

He was across the street from the Q. At a base he's STATIONED at.

I was stumbling around a town I haven't been in for over 10 years.

I at least could find Navy Blvd and get myself in the general direction of the base. He couldn't get across the street. On a base he's STATIONED at.

Just sayin'. ;)

NO NO NO.... we were trying to GET across the street from the Q. We were dropped off by Bravo barracks, which Im still not convinced actually exists...


Point is there was no illuminated BEACON saying "COME THIS WAY DRUNK IDIOTS"

I was told by my company officer ('99 grad, Prowler NFO) here at the academy to get a pair of brown shoes. I have them, and wear them with my khakis on Friday when I send my flight suit out for cleaning. I've asked both my CO and my practicum instructor ('02 grad, F-14/F-18 NFO) what the "rule" is. CO said wear them; practicum says it depends. I'd rather wear them as soon as I can with khakis.

I know I'm behind in the conversation, but I figured I would ask anyway. With respect to the instructors down at API, would they rather see new ENS/2ndLTs wearing the brown shoes or would said ENS/2ndLTs get a ration of shit for being "an individual" if everyone else is wearing black?

Zach, wear the brown shoes, trust me, no one will give you shit for it, I wore them every day in A-Pool/API, and no one said anything, even for the inspection.

Kev, the patches were cool, I tried to get them, but PSW held out.
