If it's worth writing in Latin, as in "mori non pro patriae nisi familiae sed sibi et LXXII virginii", it's worth attributing to someone (some well-educated suicide terrorist, or Pliny)...otherwise you're sorta stating the obvious on a board full of sworn officers. Lay off the Star Whores, honestly.

Just remember, the USMC team (when not fighting lava dragons or climbing cliffs without PPE) plays a mean chess game on a life-sized board. I warn you now, though - we Marines are known for slaying our chess opponents with Mameluke swords!
