^^ Correctamundo. Looks like the standard Officer's Sword to me. Or at least the one I got to play with at OCS. However, I don't think a MC Seaman is gonna know that level of detail.

If you look closely you'll see that the person congratulating Skipper Norton has shoulder boards on his whites.
The person in the background has an EAWS pin on top of his wings.

I would hazard a guess that the Admiral is the person on the Right shaking hands with Skipper Norton. The CMC is in the background.

Yup, but that means he has no Aircrew wings, they are now (after years of fighting it) authorized to be worn on top of your EAWS pin as they should be. The Master Chief is a bubblehead. And I swear I know Captain Burke from somewhere, is he a helo guy?????
