very much so. this year it was 18 selected I think. FY13 had 60 selects. I think it will continue to trend down, until something new heats up.

Well... That is most unfortunate. Looking back thru the thread I don't think I have a great shot but we shall see.

Don't worry about what has been selected in the past, but together the best packet you can and submit.

Worst they can say is no.
