Still sour about the INTEL board being moved. Got all excited waiting for results only to hear we have to wait another two months.

I've heard it from multiple sources, so I'm assuming worst case scenario. I don't understand why CNRC doesn't put out an official notice for stuff like that. It would make things easier than getting different answers from each person you talk to.

In many cases they do, it goes out via email to NRD OPS, but it is then up to NRD OPS to let everyone else know, sometimes NRD's don't for various reasons.

When the emails come out yes, but sometimes it is just "they may push the board" or "we have billet concerns" and then the next thing that is heard is "board cancelled" so if there isn't an email it is all very unknown.

yes, in this circumstance it looks like the entire board wasn't delayed so if it truly is a billet issue like DIVO has said then it could be several weeks before they know what is really going on.

Why are we still speculating the validity of the IDC boards being cancelled (except IW) when multiple people have spoken with multiple processors and all have received the same response?

Because. . .

You would think but no, knowing if the boards are going on or not really isn't the job of the NRC processor.

I was actually directed to the site because of the NRC processors, my guys kept getting incorrect info, things like "I heard that the NRC processor said that..." I asked where that info was rec'd and it was here, people get info from the processor and it gets posted, so I would talk to the PM and get answers like "that changed last week" or "I don't know where that info came from", shoot, the NRC processors were still taking applications for designators a few years ago that the Director said were all on hold.

Not true. I've gotten different responses from different processors. Plus, NavyOffRec has stated that the best person to get an answer from is the Program Manager, not the processors.

The only board for the IDC Community that convene was Information Warfare, all other IDC boards have been table/reschedule to late JAN 2014. Please allow 1-2 Weeks for board results to be release.

Today at 1730C Kuwait +3, 1430Z, or 0930 EST... IAW that email, I'm guessing IW results should be out sometime this week, hopefully NLT Friday, 20th of December.

Given the wording in the email you rec'd it seems like an email was sent out from the director to NRC personnel, and the info that DIVO had was correct.

We can only hope... That's the same response myself and others received - mine just didn't have an expected results date.
