Dehydration: I have heard one should drink lots of water every day to keep from being dehydrated. How do you know if you are dehydrated, or if you're doing fine? If you keep drinking water and it keeps coming out clear like it comes in but only 10 min later, does this mean you are hydrated? If you are dehydrated and you drink water does a greater percentage stay with you? If you run and you want water by the end of your 7 or 3 miles this doesn't mean you are dehydrated, or does it?
Any info on 187? Are there usually a good amount of slots as compared with the summer sessions? Any gouge on air vs ground slot numbers?

First thing I did when I sat down for chow.... salted my food! It didn't matter what it was....breakfast, lunch or dinner..... it was all salted. I didn't have any problems with dehydration, but then again, it did rain 30 of the 42 days I was there so I'm sure that factored in.
