and it's not just these three... you want to be a marine right? how about looking into all their aircraft. you go to ocs as an sna with little aviation knowledge and you'll just get some funny looks.. go to tbs not knowing the difference between a cobra and an apache and your peers will hand your ass to you? and what about everything else you will very soon need to know..? when you get to the operating forces do you think you might need to know what about potential enemy aircraft and what they look like..? and tanks.. bmps's. missile systems. i could go on forever. why not get a jump on all this information now? you can bet your peers are..

this site is good for everybody, but do you think soemone on here can help you with the difference between an apache and cobra..? ok. real freakin easy. how about a ch-53d compared to a ch-53e.. ok little harder. what about a ch-46e in the marines compared to one in the navy. this is $hit you need to start knowing on your own.

Y'all need to chill the hell out. The real answer to the initial post is to go to the public library and look at a copy of "Jane's." After having been in 8 years and having been to two conflicts, I'll say that you're better off spending your time before OCS and TBS PTing and learning Marine Corps, military, and world history than trying to memorize recognition features of a F-15. Granted, a little basic knowledge so as not to show one's ass is good. Also, F-15, 18, 14 differences? That one is way too easy. MiG-29/Su-27 might be a recognition quiz worth answering.
