Initial thoughts...but there's obviously a lot more in there to unpack.
The acting director at DTRA put out an email today titled "Organizational Change". His message appears to be; "it's time to get on board with POTUS and SECDEFs direction and priorities. Everything takes a back seat to restoring the warrior ethos, rebuilding the military, reestablishing deterrence, and supporting the Golden Dome. First email I have seen that basically says; "but your bitchin' and get to work."
