Except taking 30 minutes out of your day once a week to distil your work down to five bullet points that Grok will digest and make life-changing decisions based on keywords... because that is definitely contributing to lethality and warrior ethos. I'd take these people more seriously if they hadn't been absolutely bungling the roll-out of these new policies. To wit: The continually changing guidance on how/when/whether to reply to the five bullets email (or which of the three different emails civilians are supposed to reply to), has resulted in countless man-hours wasted across the Department.
