Does Major matter for Marine ROTC

From my experience at the academy, there seem to be a lot more marines in the group 3 majors (humanities)

and to respond to the original post in this thread, whatever you gathered about the NROTC scholarship program is total BS. In my class there were 3 tech majors (myself included) and 7 non-tech. We are all on scholarship, and the underclassmen have not been any different (maybe even less tech oriented actually) I don't know who always puts out this kind of crap, but its not true.
