I wonder if I will be considered for it given that I applied for three choices in this order SNA/NFO/AMDO...

There are several designators that really don't consider anyone unless they are placed 1 or 2, and AMDO is one of those.

I thought you had to wait a minimum of 6 months to resubmit for boards. Unsure how you can be at this board if you received a no in December.

you can resubmit within 6 months as long as there is a significant change, ASTB for example.
