Has anyone else from the May 18th SNA/NFO board been told by their recruiters to plan for October??? Last week mine said to prepare for August/early September and this week he switched and said probably not until October. Can anyone relate?

I'm part of the April SWO board and we have no idea what is going on, so I understand 100%. We're all just under the assumption we won't be reporting until October. At least on the SWO side, everything is so backed up that we're all just in an epic game of hurry up and wait.

News to me then, last I heard there wasn't any April SWO's who had August orders. I never hear from my recruiter so I literally only get updates from here. But in that case I know I'm not going in August.

Im from the same May 18th SNA board. My recruiter told me that September/October would be likely (he also said no promises). He did mention that the end of the fiscal year could be the source of holding things up.

I'm from the Feb/March board and my processor told me unofficial Sept. 11 a few weeks ago. This week I was told Oct.2 unofficial date. FINSEL just needs to be signed off he said

In here now from the July Board. Age critical with a birthday in early April so I need to be in OCS by January, nothing to wait on. You guys see ways I could age out waiting for FINSEL?

There are people from our board on here who received their letters for August. I'm in the same boat with the lack of information from my recruiter. I can't imagine that we would be expected to report on the 21st and still not know, considering that is only 18 days away. You never know though!

My degree (elementary education) has been finished for some time. This is a career change for me. I walked into the office for the first time back in July of last year. I got my pro rec y in the April SWO board and have not heard anything since.
