I'm not one for alcohol but I'd be up for getting something to eat sometime. I'm just to the north of SA.

That was my first reaction as well. Wonder what the rhyme or reason is to who gets tapped when?

I've wondered this as well. Like what criteria is used to determine who gets an OCS date first, other than the obvious (age critical, designator critical etc...)
