Yeah, I imagine somebody must have had some reason for getting out of the Sept class and that opened a spot. I'm in Texas, so maybe it's related to Harvey in some way, but I honestly don't know.
 
So apart for those who are still in school or cannot got to OCS until a specific day, what is the longest a person typically waits for FINSEL?
 
Wow!! And both of you were ready to go immediately? Nothing pending, no school or specific date you put in application?
