Just looking into the BDCP program, I had one questions about the physical. What are the requirements? I work out about 4-5 times a week, I consider myself to be in pretty good shape but could use some extra lbs.

Figure it might give me something new to train for while im at the gym anyways.

Edit: Found it online, but what I found didnt really specify times or counts... But its pull ups, sit ups, pull ups, and a 1.5 mile run.

Not sure what you are asking, but here is a link to the PRT standards for the Navy. Find your age group and shoot for at LEAST an excellent low.

Ok, I guess I offended some of you by saying that you should shoot for an excellent low. That is not what is required to get in, but it is a RESPECTABLE score to be at or above. No one will give you crap about it if you are above excellent low.
