Definately could be.... using that logic- how many pilot applicants were selected 3 years ago then? the numbers should match right?

Haha, true. As I look at it again, it definately looks like it applies to this years newly com'd Officers. sorry for the scare. All that my original point was, was that last year only 73 Pilot/Core applicants made board, where as stated earlier tonight- 150 made board this year... slimming the odds.... but hey, at least it's not the CEC right? (FY09: 70 applicants, and 4 selects)

Just came from 53's, now in Sierra's...

Though the big iron's are "very cool", I'll take the A/C any day of the week... and the glass cockpit. The back up gauges in the 60s are primary in the 53... lol

My fathers company actually helped lego build the program that does these now. The little kid inside of you would like to believe they hire super creative people that play with Lego's all day and make cool shit. No, they hire engineers who know how to import a digital 3-d image into a computer program and hit the generate program. And then the computer program figures out how to build something that looks as close as the digital image as possible, piece by piece. The program can even generate an exportable file that can be used to CREATE a new Lego piece if they don't have pieces that can do the job already.

Very cool piece of software. Was fun to play with.
