I was staff at NNPTC for my 1st two packages, but I never could bring myself to apply for the nuclear option. I'd rather be a nuke Chief than a nuke Officer.

It is funny how much commotion a comment like this makes. Yes, I too checked. Worked well for me. Nothing new. It seems that most people who are having problems are using their NKO login. Is anybody having trouble using the CAC card? Just wondering.

Yeah I'm using my CAC card, it was working fine for me all morning but stopped working for the last 15-20 minutes for some reason. Oh well. Sure it's nothing as usual.

Yeah, I'm not an ET so it took me a minute to make Chief. lol Yes, got there about a year into it and transferred off during the middle of the '06 deployment. Do you know MMC Evan Barnard from your Mobile Chernobyl days?

Yeah, I got that vibe. When I first enlisted they kept trying to convince me to go nuke (guess they liked my test scores and jobs/school prior to enlistment). I just politely refused (many many times) and went diver instead.
