Do you mind posting your stats? This is my first time applying and I am really curious to see how I stack up against other HR applicants.

Where will the results be available first? I am at an Army base and am the only one here for the Navy Det. I don't have access to message traffic. Are you all just checking the STA-21 website, or BUPERS, or NPC...?

8 years, 4th STA-21 app, HR
ACT: 24 math, 25 English
Evals: MP, EP, MP, EP,EP
College: AAS (3.6 gpa), 33 credits away from BS in Workforce Education
Awards: 3 NAMs, 2 LOC's
2 LOR's- O-6 & past professor.
Really, not that strong. HS grades sucked, but its been 8 years since so I explained it my PS, bla bla bla. Best stat I have is My CO's Reccommendation/Endorsement.

I posted my stats on pg 22. I hope HR has more than 2 quotas this year.

I doubt it. Stats are lookin pretty good, best of luck to you. You mention that your a one man show. I had three HR's on my external baord and they all harped on how being an HR can be mostly independent work. Did you put that in your PS at all? Being a YN2, you already have your foot in the door.
