Haven't you heard? They will not let you see results till you write a FTCU, NAT, and Warrior Challenge this month. . . . . . . . . . . . . Is it bad that would not surprise me if it came out?

So true...step away from the ledge...oh and you forgot to add in the diversity wickets. The dark NCs may just rig the results to keep me on production or driving production...shakes head.

Awesome man! How did your package look this year?

Better than last year. There were only 3 applicants from the boat. Me, Reichle and another dude. I was #1 so that should help out my chances a little bit. And i went for SWO instead of SWO/EDO.

I wasn't if i couldn't improve my package. I got to the Nimitz and I finally got senior EDO'S to sit a board for me. Hopefully that'll be enough this year, being an alternate for a 3rd time would suck.

So, been stalking this thread for months now and finally caved.. I wonder why we would be held up for ERB results when they put out that if you are selected for STA-21 you are automatically taken out of the ERB pot.

If your STA-21 material, theres no way you would be selected for discharge through ERB or vise versa.. The two shouldn't effect each other.

ERB is an evil thing. One small thing could get your file looked up and puts you on the possible chopping block. ERB is going to hold up all advancements since they are set in the numbers and those selected are not elgible for advancement or selection in program as there is no way around from being selected. We will most likely have to wait till the ERB results, at least for those elgible for enlistment advancement.

Called the STA-21 office and they said that the NAVADMIN is on the Admirals desk and that he is on TAD until the end of the week. Early next week would be the latestest we should see it. Good luck guys!

Thats the same story they gave last year. Same thing the year before that too, except that came out in November. I think its just a standard answer that they give.
