Just got word from my O6 that they are more likely to start being released in bulk tomorrow rather than at separate times.

The only deviation from when people hear the results are if their recruiter checks for them/calls them.

I don’t think NRD has anything to do with it. I believe the results are uploaded one at a time so it’s on tour OR to check and update you as it updates

Correct, results are released all at one time, it just depends if the OR bothers to look in the system or not.
