Just wanted throw in an update with my situation: Had PRK over a week ago, and right now I am at about 20/30. The pain was bad for a day or two, yet wasn't like the horror stories I read on this forum and others. I am EXTREMELY happy I did this!! Its amazing not having glasses/contacts! I'm sure it will get better over the next few months.
