My husband was an SNA so it may be different, but his Advanced squadron gave him 3 days of "special liberty" in addition to Saturday/Sunday to come into Houston (from Corpus) and propose to me. They gave him leave on Friday/Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) during the FRS for our wedding.
