Also in a 407, just had a former coworker go down in / offshore of Louisiana - he didn't make it. Previous month another former coworker went down in a LongRanger and didn't make it either. If you have not prepared for this possibility - take some time and make sure your paperwork (will, etc) is up to date to make sure your significant other and family are protected. (No word if it was mechanical, a bird strike, weather or pilot error)
