my question is, who'd want to be nuke? all i've heard from you guys is how hard you work, how little you sleep! Besides, who joins the navy wanting to go on boats? :)

Well my primary reasons were job security and money. They give us NUPOCS a serious amount of cash during college and some nice rank (I'm an E-6 and haven't been to boot camp). Not only that but if I decide to make a career out of it my last two years of college will count as enlisted which is sweet. Those are the particular reasons why I chose that program in particular, but I feel everyone should server their country and that's why I considered the military initially.
