The original MB tie also came with a card indicating replacement ties could be obtained from some reputable haberdasher (Gieves of London or some such place...) should I ever find myself in London. I actually made the faux pas of asking the MB rep in San Diego who gave me my tie if I also got a free dinner if I ever made it to London. In very typical dry British humor, he said something like: "Actually, you might want to buy Sir Martin a dinner, yes?"
