Ok a big TV isn't a requirement, but we are looking for 1 roommate in Corpus Christi.
Details:
-Awesome 3 bed, 2.5 bath house on the Island 10 minutes from the front gate.
-House is located on the big canal and stumbling distance from the Lighthouse, Farrah's, Pelican Lounge.
-Back yard is a ridiculously big deck with a covered section, hammock and an electric boat lift. Great for grilling out, fishing, or having folks over for a few beers.
-Washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances provided.
-Wireless internet already hooked up.
-Roommates are two Advanced students (I did primary at Whiting and can help you study if you are a Primary student)
-$525 Rent and 1/3 utilities
