I'm not 100% sure, but the guy on the left-front is the pilot, the right-front is the RIO, and the two in the back are radio jamming officers. I just fix the engines.

3 ECMO's (Electronic Countermeasures Officer) which = a type of NFO
1 Pilot

If I remember correctly from cruise last summer, ECMO 1 (up front) handles radios/nav/HARM/some EW stuff, but I have forgotten the difference between ECMO's 2/3. Obviously the pilot flies.......maybe someone who knows what they are talking about can elaborate?
