I'm surprised that there isn't some sort of "dues" that you need to pay into an operations fund at the very beginning. Makes it so you can have cash for leverage when negotiating with facililties up front. But I'll never be the CO of Navy OCS, so I'm just being rhetorical.
Whatever you choose, hope all turns out well.
People "roll" fairly often so it would be a pain to carry those dues over to the new class. Although I've never heard of anyone rolling in the candy-o phase...
